A little more about SWS: This is an exercise of self reflection and insight. If a piece of art or a session is something that you would like to have, then an appropriate exchange is best. In our society today, we are very used to being told what things are worth. So much so, that nowadays we become quite uncomfortable when a set value is not clearly told to us.

That is why, this is a wonderful opportunity to regain some personal insight and be given the freedom and opportunity to discover yourself, what something is worth to you. In trying to decide what to give, go inside yourself and away from your mind, feel what the appropriate amount would be and give that. And very importantly, do not give the same amount each time, as then it becomes an act of  non consciousness. Each time examine the situation at the time, as some things may be more valuable to you then others!

It’s a simple yet powerful exercise.
